Our products and treatments are suitable for most skin types, particularly skin that feels drier, more delicate or in need of extra care. As with all skincare, we recommend a patch test before first use - massage a little of the product behind your ear and leave for 48 hours.

If using our full range daily, morning and night you should FEEL a difference within a day or two. You should start to SEE a difference after 3 weeks.

Consistency is key - your skin may react when you change products. Please don't be put off by this - it's just your skin adapting to the change, which can sometimes take a few weeks to settle.

For our facials, most of our clients see results instantly - less puffiness and more glow. For best results we recommend a course of treatments and ongoing maintenance.

Yes - all our products may be used carefully around your eye area, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.

This is perfectly normal - it's the Jojoba. Jojoba oil is actually a liquid wax which if stored in a colder environment, can solidify. If this happens, just place it in a warmer room and the wax will melt back into a liquid.
