At Her New Chapter Skincare, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


1. Your Right to Change Your Mind (Online Orders)

If you purchase from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important – Hygiene & Sealed Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products that have been opened or where the hygiene seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty.

If the product is sealed and unopened, you may return it within the 14-day cooling-off period.


2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected], including your order number and photographs where possible.

You will be entitled to:

- A full refund

- Or a replacement

We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item (or proof of return), we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If you return your entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery cost paid at checkout. We are not required to refund any upgraded or express delivery charges.


4. Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.


5. Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

Our products are formulated for menopausal and hormonally changing skin. However, as every skin type is unique, we recommend patch testing before full use. If you experience irritation or sensitivity, please discontinue use and contact us. Refunds in these cases will be assessed individually.
